Day 99
Today I thought I'd share a photo of what these nasty little rain clouds look like. This one emptied it's contents all over me not long after I took this photo. Progress has slowed up a little unfortunately. I'm also getting rather concerned about my position in relation to Antigua. At the moment I'm 60 miles south of Antigua. There are winds that are forecasted for Thursday and Friday that should help me get north and back on line with Antigua. If these winds don't arrive I could have major problems as I get closer.
100 days at sea for me tomorrow. It's a pretty long time to spend in an ocean rowing boat that's for sure. It's all been a bit of a blur really that's gone past quite quickly when I think about it. Apart from a slightly sore bum I still feel ok. Pretty desperate for some good food and a shower but I can feel it getting closer by the day.
Not a great deal to report on the wildlife scene apart from a few birds and the fish that just jump out of the water. Still haven't caught any yet but to be fair I'm not really trying anymore.
Captain Ketch out for another night!

I have been away from my computer for a week so i have just logged on to see how you are getting along. Less than 300nm to go now so you are definitely on the homeward straight. However, I was a bit concerned to see that you have been pushed quite a way south so I hope the wind changes and blows you north very soon over several days. I am sure you will reach land. If not Antigua then another Caribbean island which you can explore. Anywhere that has food and a hot shower I'm sure you will find acceptable. Watch out for those big waves and keep safe!
