Day 63

Monday 8th of March 2010 at 00:01

Progress has slowed slightly today the wind is blowing up from the south a little which slowed me down. This afternoon a cargo ship passed me around five miles north. It was heading to Panama. Crazy to think it will be there in a few days and I've still got around 40 days left to make Antigua. I was left a present today, not sure how it got there but it did somehow. A dead fish was sat on the side of the boat. Not a particularly big fish though.

I'm told that the weather is going to go light over the next few days so that should allow me to get operation beard trim under way.

I'm finding the rationing of food quite difficult at the moment as it's leaving me hungry a lot of the time. Time is going quick though so it won't be for too long. Roll on Antigua where my burger and chips await!

Monday tomorrow so the start of another week.
